Does it replace our fire alarm panel?
No. The panel stays the life-safety system and still detects and sounds the alarm. We add a monitoring layer on top.
Our panel already comes with software. Why do we need this?
Panel software usually covers one brand. We put every panel and building on one screen, on your own floor plan.
Will it work with our panel brand?
We connect through relay, serial or IP. Share your panel make and model and we will confirm it in a short site check.
What if the software fails?
The panels keep working on their own. We also raise an alert if our link to a panel drops.
Can we use our own logo and floor plans?
Yes. Your logo and name appear in the header, and the screen runs on your own floor plan or aerial photo.
Who can change settings?
The Owner has full control. Operators monitor and acknowledge alarms. Every login and acknowledgement is recorded with name and time.
